F is for Festival An A to Z summer series on Carnegie Hall’s blog takes a look at festivals celebrated at the hall over the decades, including Philharmonic performances during the 1960 Mahler centenary event, and the 1976 Mahler Month. Also featured is the 2008 Bernstein: Best of All Possible Worlds festival, commemorating the 50th anniversary of Lenny’s appointment as music director.
