NYC Wins Gold (in Culture) So New York City didn’t get the Olympics…but we have been ranked #1 in performing arts offerings among 12 international UNESCO cities by the World Cities Culture Report. The New York Philharmonic is proud to have contributed to the 22,204 annual music performances that helped win our great city the gold in culture. Congratulations New York!
