The Water’s Fine, But That Concerto … 
While Arnold Schoenberg’s at the shore catching some last-of-summer rays (with composer/conductor Winfried Zillig), we’re looking ahead to October, when Artist-in-Residence Emanuel Ax takes on Schoenberg’s Piano Concerto. The pianist calls it one of his favorites, but also “slightly disturbing.”
