Classical Covers With last week’s announcement that Newsweek will cease print editions, going all digital in 2013, a WQXR roundup of the magazine’s covers featuring classical musicians includes nods to Philharmonic Music Directors Leonard Bernstein (in 1962), Pierre Boulez (1971) and Macho Zubin Mehta (above, 1978).
