Rush Hour Concert Cancelled

Due to the continuing ramifications of Hurricane Sandy, the New York Philharmonic has cancelled its Rush Hour concert scheduled for Wednesday, October 31, at 6:45 p.m., at Avery Fisher Hall. This decision has been made in the interest of the safety and well-being of the Musicians of the Orchestra, our audience, and additional personnel associated with the concert presentation.

If you are a ticket holder, you don’t need to do anything with your tickets. We are placing complimentary flexpasses in your account which — starting tomorrow — you can redeem for any other subscription concert of your choice. These flexpasses are just like tickets: you can use them for any available seat for any subscription concert this season. They’re easy to redeem online, and there is no fee. If you prefer, you may also request a refund.

To use your flexpasses, log on to your account at nyphil.org any time after 10 a.m. Thursday, November 1. You can also call Customer Relations at 212-875-5656.

Unfortunately, due to the storm, Lincoln Center is experiencing phone and email outages today. If you need to reach us today, please call 212-875-0787.

We sincerely apologize for this inconvenience, and we hope you and your loved ones are safe. We look forward to welcoming you back to Avery Fisher Hall soon.
